Boots Opticians, St Andrews provide an excellent service. It was easy to get an appointment and the Optometrist was very thorough and explained everything to me and answered my questions. All the staff were very friendly and also gave excellent advice and help with my choice of glasses and lenses. Lisa who helped me choose whether to go for varifocal glasses or just reading glasses gave me all the information I needed to help me make a decision and I appreciated not being pressured to make a quick decision. Once I made the decision Lisa helped to get me the best deal for the glasses I wanted. I was very satisfied with the service and I would highly recommend them to others.

The atmosphere in the branch was comfortable, the staff friendly and efficient. Both Lisa and Amy were professional and answered any questions fully and satisfactorily.
